Which are the rules?
This agreement of terms and conditions governs the general conditions for the use of the molingo.es website and any of its other products or services. This agreement is legally binding between you (the user) and the web operator. By accessing and using this website and its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement. Placing an order implies acceptance of all conditions by the customer. The writing in Spanish prevails over the other languages in all the sections set out below.
All MOLINGO designs are made by hand, in such a way that each piece is unique.
Do not wash or handle roughly, since its materials are delicate.
Avoid contact with hairspray, perfums and other chemicals.
The prices of our products are those indicated at all times on our website. Without your express agreement to the correct price conditions, we will not proceed with the shipment.
Prices include VAT when indicated. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products, but are reflected in the final summary of the purchase, before finalizing the order the prices shown in molingo.es They may be reviewed and modified if conditions require it at any time. Likewise, the official prices are in € and the payment will always be made in €; However, to support and help our clients, there is a converter to various types of currency, with an approximate exchange rate that is periodically renewed.
Virtual payment through STRIPE It is prepared to work in a totally safe way within the sales operation through the Internet. All transactions carried out through it will have all the guarantees of security, confidentiality and integrity for the participating agents: cardholders, their issuing entities and our business.
It has the advantage that we can attend your order the moment you place it and it does not suppose any extra to the operation.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it (according to art. 44. Of Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).
We do not accept return of tailored items.
It is very important that you return the exchange or return products perfectly packaged (the return of products that have been removed from their original packaging will not be accepted), and with the original seal for those items that carry it. In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept returns.
Once we receive the merchandise and verify that all the above conditions are met, MOLINGO will not assume the costs of the return.
Returns will be returned as a gift card or product exchange.
*NOTE:
In any case we will refund the amount of shipping costs.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of party products (floral accessories, earrings, headbands, hats, crowns, combs, hairpins, needles, headdresses and bags).
In the case of defective products or wrong shipments, all shipping costs will be carried out by MOLINGO.

IMPORTANT:
If the headdresses and accessories are returned for not going to pick them up at the shipping offices, under no circumstances will we return the money.
We will not be responsible for wrong addresses or address changes.
If the shipment is already registered in our shipping system and a change of address is requested, the shipping costs must be paid again.
At MOLINGO
All tailor made orders do not have the right to be returned.
Likewise, the amount of the down payment is not refunded in any way.
The vouchers or codes will not be cumulative, unless the promotion indicates otherwise. In no way the vouchers will be reimbursed for money.
